Jacob joined Renovia in January of 2020. He graduated from Purdue University of Indianapolis with a Bachelor’s in Psychology. During college he owned a College Pro Franchise, focusing on exterior residential painting for 3 years. Where he led over 45 employees while also managing project budgets, marketing, recruiting/interviewing/selection, accounting/P&L, finance, and leadership responsibilities. He then became a Field Advisor where he was responsible for recruiting, training, planning, and coaching of eight franchise managers in the states of Indiana, Ohio, and New York.

Jacob is a project manager which he thinks is the coolest job to have at Renovia. He loves the challenge, and fun that comes with fulfilling the commitments made by our team. He gets to problem solve through complex situations, meet some really awesome people, and celebrate project completion with the customer on a job well done.

Jacob loves to work out, hike, and explore new cities/places with his wife Presley. He also loves to learn/try new things and is down for anything thrill-junkie related.
